Event Staff

Volunteer as an Event Staff member and assist Event lead with day of events at our hall and courtyard.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Unloading equipment and setting up venues for events, including table and chair set up.
  • Working under the instructions of an Event Manager or Lead.
  • Ensuring the event hall / courtyard is clean and organized.
  • Undertaking security duties.
  • Inspecting hall/courtyard for damage after use

Landscaper

Volunteer as a Landscaper Associate and help us maintain the grounds of St. Paul beautiful.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain the beauty of plants, outdoor grounds, and trees on St. Paul’s property.
  • Maintain and grow the garden to ensure it meets specific expectations.
  • Perform basic maintenance like cutting the grass, emptying bins, managing weed control and leaf raking.
  • Plant and nurture new trees, flowers, and various plants.
  • Work with hand tools and light machinery such as leaf blowers, lawnmowers, and small diggers.
  • Maintain a clean garden and grounds by clearing rubbish and litter from the garden and grounds.

Receptionist

Receptionist – Paid

St. Paul is recruiting for a receptionist responsible for day-to-day tasks. This position will be three days a week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greets visitors on arrival, notifies visitors’ host of arrival, and intakes documents as needed.
  • Phone system tasks includes but is not limited to answering phone calls, transferring calls to respective personnel, taking messages, providing information to caller, reviews voicemails, and returning calls.
  • Performs bookkeeping duties such as but not limited to, keeping financial records, collections, and provided visitors with receipts for their records.

Experience:

  • High school graduate or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Preferred mid-level experience

Additional Qualifications:

  • Professional attitude that demonstrates a honest, ethical, and compassionate
  • Must be a team player, and be able to work individually.
  • Must take initiative, be a critical thinker, and a problem solver.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with GSuite, Canva, WordPress is preferred.
