Coffee Shop Manager

Job Summary: As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining high standards for service and quality, and ensuring a consistently excellent customer experience. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive team culture and helping the business grow. Key Responsibilities: Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise baristas and support staff. Provide leadership and foster a team-oriented environment. - Customer Service: Maintain high customer service standards; resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. - Operations Oversight: Oversee opening and closing procedures, inventory management, cash handling, and equipment maintenance. - Product Quality: Ensure consistency in drink and food preparation according to recipes and standards. - Inventory & Ordering: Track inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships. - Sales & Financials: Assist with budgeting, daily sales reporting, and cost control measures. - Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Marketing Support: Assist with social media, promotions, and community engagement as needed. Qualifications: - Prior experience in food service management, preferably in a coffee shop or café setting - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment - Experience with scheduling, POS systems, and basic financial tracking - Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain) - Passion for coffee, hospitality, and community building Work Schedule: - Must be available to work mornings, weekends as needed - This is a hands-on role that requires being on-site during operating hours

Barista Job

As a barista, you’ll be the heart of the customer experience—crafting drinks, engaging with guests, and helping to create a welcoming environment. You’ll work closely with a supportive team to keep things running smoothly behind the bar and on the floor.
