Jose Luis Roldan and Rev. Michael Enright will be teaching a course on Theology, using the book Christians and Pagans in the City as the textbook for the course. The subtitle of the book is “Culture Wars from the Tiber to the Potomac,” and the author traces the conflicts between the Church and Paganism from the very beginning of the church. The course will begin on January 18th and run for 16 weeks, ending the week of May 3rd. Three hours of college credit will be awarded for the course through Quiroga College, and the cost will be $630 per student. If a student has financial hardship, they can apply for scholarship help. Each student will need a copy of the book. The classes will begin on an electronic platform, and when it is possible to gather in person for class, we will do so in person (for those who are able to come) and we will continue to stream the class for those unable to attend in person. The course will be on Mondays from 5 to 7 pm, and individual directed reading and assignments are available for those unable to participate during that time slot.
