Each week, we have been looking at the Gospel for the coming Sunday in English and Spanish.  The model we’re using was developed in West Africa more than 40 years ago.  We read the Gospel 3 times, find key words, and ask questions.  Then we try to answer the questions.  What is the advantage for the people who participate?  Well, they have an opportunity to let the Gospel sink in for a few days before Sunday, they learn new information about the scriptures, they get to know each other a little better, and their faith grows.  Come and join us.  We meet on Thursdays in Spanish and on Fridays in English.  We also eat dinner together as a part of the experience.  Sometimes it’s pizza, sometimes it’s enchiladas.  Always, it’s a great experience.
