We are so glad you’re thinking of celebrating with us! Our team of leaders, volunteers and staff are so proud of our parish. The rental of our beautiful spaces are intended to help us continue to grow, to maintain our beautiful temple, and to support the important ministries we are working on.
Located in the Heart of Chicago / Pilsen, our hall and courtyard can be rented separately or packaged together for events like:

Due to staff shortages, we’ve created this page with the most requested information regarding our spaces.
Booking occurs each Wednesday (between 5PM and 7 PM).
Appointments cannot be reserved and booking occurs on a first come, first served basis. A deposit of 20% is requested.

Rental fees includes use of our space for 9 hours (including decorating time), cleaning fees, and tables and chairs. A member of our staff and/or security guard will be available throughout your event time. See our full guidelines and pricing structure here.
Bundled discounts are available for use of both spaces, and are discussed in event rental meetings on Wednesdays (5 PM – 7 PM). Additional discounts are available for active, registered parishioners.
Food + Beverage
Renters may bring their own alcoholic beverages to serve at their event.
Alcohol may not be sold.
Underage drinking is strictly prohibited and enforced.
What's Included & Occupancy
Maximum occupancy ceremony guests in St. Paul Church = 600 seated
Maximum occupancy of Courtyard at St. Paul Church = 100 seated, 150 not seated
Maximum occupancy of St. Paul Hall = 340 with or without dance floor
St. Paul’s Parish Hall and Courtyard are available for rent based on 9 hours use of the facility for a six 6 hour event. This time period includes two 3 hours for setup and tear down. A member of our staff or security personnel will be available throughout your event. Our kitchen is available to caterers who wish to plate, serve or store food. Use of additional spaces and equipment in the hall (bridal room, kitchen ovens or stove, bar areas, etc) can be made available upon request (added fees may apply).
Rental also includes the use of our tables and chairs, set up as requested. Anyone renting our spaces has access to our full inventory of tables and chairs available on that date.
- 66 inch diameter round tables: up to 30 tables
- Padded banquet chairs: up to 350
- 8’ Rectangular tables: up to 7
- High cocktail tables: up to 7
Review our fees and guidelines. Once you are ready to move forward, stop in to our office any Wednesday between 5 PM – 7 PM. Meetings are taken on a first come, first served basis. Due to staff shortages, we cannot schedule appointments ahead of time. We update this weekly, so availability is not guaranteed based on this calendar.
20% OFF: Sustaining member: $20 per week or more Sunday offering
20% OFF: Regular/significant volunteering on major initiatives
20% OFF: Sunday Mass attendance at 85% or better for 6 months or more
Parishioners who qualify for all three will receive a total of 60% OFF the entire rental fee!
Hall & Courtyard Rental Guidelines
We meet with anyone interested in renting the hall each Wednesday, between 5 PM and 7 PM. There are no appointments. Our team meets with people on a first come, first serve basis.
We suggest you read our guidelines before coming on Wednesday. A member of our staff will ask if you have reviewed and agree to them.
